01

Income Tax Preparation

Individual, partnership, S-corporation and C-corporation returns, prepared and then reviewed a second time before anything is transmitted. Federal, state and multi-state. Prior-year and amended returns welcome — being behind is a starting point, not a disqualifier.

  • Business & personal returns
  • Deduction & credit review
  • Federal, state and multi-state
  • Prior-year and amended returns

02

Bookkeeping

Monthly QuickBooks Online maintenance built on a chart of accounts designed for your industry rather than a generic template. If you are months or years behind, cleanup comes first — then a monthly close that keeps the books current for the rest of the year.

  • Monthly books closed & reconciled
  • Backlog cleanup & catch-up
  • A chart of accounts built for you
  • P&L and balance sheet reporting

03

Payroll Setup

We set up your payroll system; you run it. We configure the payroll platform, set up your employees and their withholding, and walk your owner or administrator through running payroll and filing on time. Particularly relevant for care agencies and small providers, where worker classification and multi-state registration are the two places things usually go wrong.

  • Payroll platform setup
  • Employee and withholding setup
  • Training for your owner or administrator
  • Worker classification review

04

Tax Planning

Planning is the part that actually changes your outcome, and it has to happen before December 31 to matter. Entity structure, retirement contributions, timing of equipment purchases, and quarterly estimates sized to what you are actually earning rather than last year’s number.

  • Year-round tax reduction planning
  • Quarterly estimates, fewer surprises
  • Pre-year-end strategy sessions
  • Entity structure analysis

05

Tax Resolution

An Enrolled Agent can represent you before the IRS in all fifty states — that is what the credential is for. We read the notice, pull your transcripts to find out what the IRS actually has on file, and work the options that fit your situation: installment agreements, penalty abatement requests, or simply getting the unfiled years filed so collections stops escalating.

  • Notice review and response
  • IRS transcript analysis
  • Installment agreements
  • Back-year filing catch-up
  • Penalty abatement requests

Outsourced Accounting & Advisory

The signature engagement. Everything above, delivered as one relationship rather than four transactions — with reporting you can act on and a year-end that is a formality because the work was already done.

  • Full-service monthly accounting
  • KPI dashboards & reports
  • Tax planning and preparation included
  • Advisory for tax-efficient growth

07

Packages

Flat fees, quoted before we start.

These are monthly retainers, not per-return fees — the work is spread across the year rather than crammed into March. Every engagement is scoped in a written engagement letter before any work begins. Your quote depends on entity count, complexity, and the state of the books when we get them.

Starting at $500 per month

  • Annual tax return preparation
  • Quarterly estimated payment calculations
  • Secure document portal access
  • Email support during the season

For a straightforward return — one entity, or a W-2 household with a little complexity.

Recommended

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is an Enrolled Agent?

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a tax practitioner licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Enrolled Agents are experts in the United States tax code. Like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents have unlimited practice rights. This means an Enrolled Agent can represent any taxpayer, handle any type of tax matter, and represent clients before any IRS office. Enrolled Agents follow the rules in Treasury Department Circular 230.

Do you work with clients outside Nebraska?

Yes. We meet clients in person at our Bellevue office and work virtually with clients in all 50 states. We prepare federal returns and state returns, including multi-state returns.

Are Medicaid waiver payments for caregivers taxable?

Often they are not. Under IRS Notice 2014-7, qualified Medicaid waiver payments for care given in the provider’s own home, where the person in care also lives, can be excluded from income as difficulty-of-care payments. Providers who qualify may be able to amend open prior-year returns. The rules depend on your living arrangement, so book a free review and we will check your situation.

Can you help if I have unfiled tax returns or an IRS notice?

Yes. We read the notice, pull your IRS transcripts, prepare any missing returns and work the options that fit your situation, such as an installment agreement or a penalty abatement request. Do not ignore an IRS notice; most have a response deadline.

Do you run payroll for my business?

No. We set up your payroll on a well-supported platform, set up your employees and withholding, and train your owner or administrator to run payroll. Your business runs payroll after setup.

How much do your services cost?

Monthly packages start at $500 (Silver), $1,500 (Gold) and $2,500 (Diamond). Single tax returns and catch-up work are quoted after a free consultation. Every engagement starts with a written engagement letter that states the scope and fee.

How do I send my tax documents securely?

Use our encrypted client portal. Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents or bank account numbers by email or through the website form.

Not sure where to begin?

A short consultation is all it takes to map your finances to the right service — or the full package.
